Overlooking the golf course, this multi-phase transformation turned an exposed slope into a multi-tiered outdoor living sanctuary. We framed the upper level with a rustic natural stone retaining wall and custom garden beds, planting a mix of Austrian Pines and dense evergreen spruce to build instant privacy, structure, and year-round height.

Below, a new crescent-shaped concrete patio features two semi-circular steps that sweep down into a magnificent garden. At its center, a productive vegetable garden anchors two sweeping floral beds, flanked by a stately Japanese Tree Lilac and a showstopping Magnolia. From climbing vines and classic perennials to vibrant annuals, the space unfolds into a layered, texture-rich retreat tailored for quiet relaxation and entertaining against the backdrop of the fairway.
