Retaining Walls
If your yard has a slope, a retaining wall can give you back space you can actually use. On a challenging Boise hillside, we built a multi-tiered retaining wall with Stonewall II pavers to flatten the front yard, with a subsurface drainage system behind the wall to manage runoff and protect against erosion for years to come.
In Kuna, we framed the upper level of a sloped backyard with a rustic natural stone retaining wall and custom garden beds overlooking the golf course.
Stamped Concrete Patios
Stamped concrete is one of our favorites. It’s durable, it can be colored to match what you already have and it gives you the look of stone. In Meridian, we extended a client’s existing patio with matching stamped concrete and added a custom gas firepit. In Kuna, we poured a crescent-shaped concrete patio with two semi-circular steps that sweep down into the garden.

Flagstone Walkways
Nothing says garden quite like a winding flagstone path. In Kuna, we added one to lead guests through the yard, drawing the eye away from the property lines and toward the greenery. It’s one of the ways we gave an average-sized yard the feel of a much larger estate.
